If a performance sells out, the NKU Fine Arts Box Office does have a stand-by policy. Starting one hour prior to a sold-out performance, the Box Office Manager will begin a wait list. If any seats become available, they will be sold to those on the wait list in the order in which they signed up. If you are called and not present your name will be removed from the list.
We will not take wait list names over the phone; you must arrive in person to sign up. We cannot guarantee that seats will become available, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Tickets will be sold at full price — each patron on the wait list may purchase a maximum of four tickets, subject to availability.
In the event that NKU closes due inclement weather conditions, all scheduled performances on that day will be CANCELLED. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders may receive a refund or exchange their ticket for another date of the same performance, subject to availability.
The Box Office staff will call patrons to make these arrangements or patrons may also call the Box Office. The Box Office will make every effort to alert patrons in advance on its voice mail message, website, and through local media if a performance is cancelled.
