About This Micro-Credential

Do you seek to enhance your capacity to lead others? The micro-credential in Leadership Development focuses on the core skills that underlie leadership in a variety of contexts, with an emphasis on human relations and emotional intelligence. Students will gain in-demand professional skills, including conflict resolution, relationship building,  group and organizational decision-making, time and stress management, and employee development.
