Our online MSN program offers flexibility and affordability, allowing you to take your nursing career to the next level. The Master of Science in Nursing Program at Northern Kentucky University was established in 1992. We currently offer six concentrations ranging from Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to Nursing Executive Leadership.
 

Features of the Program

Our online MSN program offers the flexibility that most working RNs desire. Unique features of this program include:

  • Part-time curriculum designed to accommodate working nurses
  • All courses and degree programs offered online
  • Experienced faculty who are focused on student success
  • Average of 92 percent passage rate on ANCC and AANP certification exams
     

Program Length

Concentrations vary between 33 and 47 credit hours. Students may take courses year round (fall, spring, and summer). Students can expect to finish in two years or less, depending on the concentration and full/part-time status.
 

Can I Work and Go to School?

Most students work full time and have family responsibilities. Our fully online MSN provides the needed flexibility to successfully complete your degree.
