Our Advisors

Your academic advisor plays a crucial role as a partner in your educational journey. Advisors will assist you in creating a tailored course plan that not only facilitates timely graduation but also aligns with your academic and career aspirations. Regularly consulting with your academic advisor is essential, as it helps you navigate your degree requirements, explore opportunities, and make informed decisions to enhance your overall college experience.

Undergraduate students: Once you have declared in Interdisciplinary Studies, you will generally meet with your advisor each October (for spring semester planning) and each March (for fall semester planning). Advising takes place in person, via phone, or via email, depending upon student need.

Graduate students: We recommend you meet with your advisor each semester to review progress and plan for future enrollment.

Appointments: You can choose from a Zoom, in-person, or phone meeting, with Zoom or in-person being the preferred options.
