All employees will learn to navigate Workday, update their employee profile, manage time and absence requests as needed, select benefits, view pay and withholding elections, and update performance goals. Additionally, employees may opt into Procurement and Expenses courses as their role requires.
Managers will learn to complete review and approval of time and absence submissions and hiring processes for Hiring Managers. Managers will also complete Getting Started in Workday training with all other employees.
Specific roles including Academic & Department Admins, Business Officers and others will participate in role-based learning tracks for specific HR & Finance tasks. These may include Procurement, Budgets, Grants, and more!
