Dr. Nana Arthur-Mensah is an Associate Professor in Organizational Leadership. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Louisville (U of L) in 2015 in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development and, her Master of Science in Human Resource Education also from U of L 2007. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Ghana in 1993.

She has taught courses in leadership, change management and research methods. Her research interests include the use of work based learning to improve human resource and economic development as well as skills development for the future workforce. She has published and presented at various conferences on technical vocational education and training (TVET) in emerging markets, apprenticeships and women in non-traditional occupations.

Prior to earning her Ph.D., Dr. Arthur-Mensah worked in the insurance, banking, service and, manufacturing industries. Having lived and worked in Ghana, United Kingdom and the US, she enjoys meeting new people and learning about other cultures, travelling, reading and listening to music. She is married with two children.
