Financial Assistance

Located in AC 416 (859) 572-5143, the Office of Financial Assistance can help with financial challenges so you can finish your degree. For questions related to billing and payments, visit Student Account Services.

Advising

Utilizing a student-centered approach, NKU views academic advising as a partnership between advisors and students to ensure not only timely completion of your degree, but intellectual and personal growth. Visit the Norse Advising site or the First-Year Student Success Hub to learn more or call (859) 572-6900 for assistance.

Student Wellbeing and Support

Visit the Student Wellbeing and Suppport site for information on counseling, health services (including vaccinations and COVID-19 testing), Norse Violence Prevention, Parents Attending College, Student Accessibility, and Student Wellness.

University Connect and Persist

We help you navigate financial, academic, and personal challenges. Students who meet with UCAP are more likely to have higher GPAs and earn more credit hours. Call (859) 572-7527 or visit in UC 120.

IT Helpdesk

Get help with your technology questions and needs by calling 859-572-6911. IT also offers the Norse Tech Bar in the University Center for in-person assistance.

Adult Learner Programs & Services

A support and advising center for adult students. ALPS helps navigate the challenges of degrees, work, parenting so you can finish your education. Call us at (859) 572-5898.

Trio Student Support Services

TRIO Student Support Services is the place to go for support for first-generation college students from moderate and low-income families. Call us at (859) 572-5138 to learn more.

FUEL NKU

Norse Violence Prevention Center

The NVP Center is the place to go for advocacy services and prevention programming related to sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. Call at (859) 572-5865 or visit Albright Health Center 246.

Steely Library

Visit Steely Library for help with research, finding textbooks and other course materials, and to reserve study and collaborative spaces.

The University Registrar provides resources such as academic calendars, registration checklists, ordering transcripts and managing academic/personal information.

NKU understands that students may need access to community resources to meet basic needs and well-being.
