Discover Leadership Identity - Amplify Change Skills - Expand Self Awarness

Today’s leaders face enormous challenges in building and maintaining effective organizations in the face of a diverse employee population, intense global competition and rapid technological changes. The Master of Business Leadership and Innovation (MBLI) program prepares professionals to meet these contemporary challenges by developing their knowledge and skills in leadership, changeand innovation.

Using the adult-learning framework of ACT (action learning, competency-based and teamwork development), this 2-year, 36-credit hour cohort program explores the most current theories and practices on leadership and organizational change—allowing professionals who complete the program to transform their current organizations into more effective ones.
