NKU Women in Business is a professional, female focused student organization in the Haile College of Business. We are dedicated to promoting the success of women interested in business professions by creating and cultivating a strong network of women to encourage interpersonal growth, career development and future opportunities within the business committee.

Our organization is open to all students, all majors, and all genders who are in support of women in the workplace.

Network of Executive Women Spring Conference Event. Hard Rock Casino  (Must be 21)

  • Thursday, April 28th 1-2 Registration, 2-4 Speaker, 4-6 Happy Hour. Formerly NEW, now rebranded to NextUp
  • Email Jennifer Holt to reserve your free spot!  Please note:  WIB members will get priorty and free attendance  $70 value    


Executive Women Roundtable:

  • Monday, May 2nd 2022 6-8pm Student Union Ballroom. 
  • Registration Link
  • Network with current Women Executives during happy hour across a variety of fields including Accounting/Finance/Marketing/HealthCare/Education, etc. 
  • Participate in table networking events
  • Learn and listen to amazing experiences and advice during the Round Table discussion.
  • A $5 donation and/or Care Closet business clothing item requested

NKU graduates, almuni and friends of the club are welcome to become involved in our organization. There are many networking events and mentorship opportunities that alumni will find beneficial.
