Importing Outlines
Outline saved as in RTF format can be imported into PowerPoint

linked objects must be moved with presentation to a new computer
Organization Chart
Manager box - located at top of chart
Subordinate boxes - boxes under the manager box (3 at start)
root manager - topmost manager box
created using the Organization Chart layout in AutoLayout menu
Adding Subordinate Boxes
Microsoft Organization Chart has five types of boxes
Each box type has a corresponding box tool on the window icon bar
To add a single box, click the Subordinate icon and click the box on the organization chart to which the subordinate reports
Resizing a Picture
Balance - slide possesses a harmonious, or satisfying, arrangement of proportions of its objects
Resizing about center - when object resized its proportions are maintained by resizing from its center point
hold down CTRL-key when dragging the sizing handles
Clip Art Object
Clip Art Picture - is composed of many objects grouped together to form one object
Disassembling (ungrouping) - separates one object into multiple objects
