Chicken a la Chou
You'll need:
-  Half a green cabbage, chopped into six big chunks
-  1 green or red pepper, chopped
-  6 chicken leg quarters or breasts
-  1 onion, chopped in large pieces
-  1 8 oz. can of tomato paste
-  2 cubes of chicken boullion
-  1 teaspoon ground hot red pepper
-  3 cups water
-  1 teaspoon salt
-  1 tablespoon seasoned salt
-  1/3 cup vegetable oil
-  Rice for six.
Combine chicken and seasoned salt; mix well. Heat oil and fry the
chicken and the boullion until the meat is done. Stir in the tomato paste
and red hot peper, stirring frequently until it thickens; add onion and the
green or red pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes. Add the water and let
boil 20 minutes; add the cabbage and let it cook another 25 minutes.
	Cook the rice, then serve the sauce over the rice.
