Day 44, Mat128: Calculus A

Today:

• Announcements
  • You have a new course that has appeared in Blackboard -- it's a summary "quiz" of calculus. If you'll take that, I'll give you an additional GOHF card as well as an additional GOQF card.

    Your score will not have any numerical impact on your grade -- it's just diagnostic. Simply do your best.

  • Your final is next week, Wednesday, at 1:00. Your final exam grade will replace your lowest hourly exam, provided the final is better.

    The exam will be a mix of new and old stuff. Our last exam went through 3.1, so there will be some new material from 3.3, 3.4, and 3.9.

    Expect perhaps 2/3 old, 1/3 new. And I will try to give fairly thorough coverage of the course.

    Make sure that you can do your old exams. Check out the keys.

  • A reminder that we'll have a review here Tuesday night, 7-9pm. It will just be a problem session -- you come with questions, I'll have answers.
