August 13, 2019— Northern Kentucky University will host an open registration session for fall semester on August 15. The event offers prospective students an opportunity to complete necessary enrollment steps before the first day of classes on August 19.
Students receive one-on-one assistance to help navigate the enrollment process. Advisors will help them start or complete their NKU application, confirm acceptance to the university and explore financial aid and housing options. They will also receive a free NKU T-shirt.
“We know summers get busy. Students aren’t thinking about fall classes until now, but the good news is that it’s not too late. With open registration, you can finish your application and schedule your fall classes immediately,” said Melissa Gorbandt, director of Undergraduate Admissions. “Once you’ve completed your application, stop by the Victorfest events and celebrate with the fellow Norse.”
Information about admission requirements is available at nku.edu/admissions, or students can contact the NKU Office of Admissions at (859) 572-5220 or firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information on Victorfest and more details on the events, visit nku.edu/victorfest.
About NKU: Founded in 1968, we are a growing metropolitan university of more than 14,000 students served by more than 2,000 faculty and staff on a thriving suburban campus near Cincinnati. Located in the quiet suburb of Highland Heights, Kentucky—just seven miles southeast of Cincinnati—we have become a leader in Greater Cincinnati and Kentucky by providing a private school education for a fraction of the cost. While we are one of the fastest growing universities in Kentucky, our professors still know our students' names. For more information, visit nku.edu.
