HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More College will again partner to host the annual Northern Kentucky Regional College Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
More than 75 colleges and universities will be in attendance to meet with prospective students and answer questions. The event is open to high school students from across Greater Cincinnati, including those residing in Northern Kentucky, Southeastern Indiana, and Southwestern Ohio.
“Choosing a college or university is a very important decision, but it shouldn’t have to be a confusing one,” said Melissa Gorbandt, Director of Undergraduate Admissions at NKU. “At the NKY Regional College Fair, students from across our region can meet one-on-one with representatives of dozens of college and universities to help find the best fit for them.”
This year, NKU and Thomas More have partnered with GoToCollegeFairs to help reduce the amount of time students and parents spend waiting in line and filling out information cards.
Students are strongly encouraged to visit GoToCollegeFairs.com and pre-register for the Sept. 20 event. After entering their information just once, students will receive a personalized smartphone barcode that they can share with colleges at the fair. The process is simple for students and helps share information quickly, accurately and electronically. Students will receive a reminder email two days prior to the fair with the barcode attached.
The NKY Regional College Fair will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20 at BB&T Arena on NKU’s Highland Heights campus.
