We appreciate your flexibility and patience during the transition to virtual continuity of operations. Some employees’ workloads will increase and some will decrease during this unprecedented time. Please reassure your employees that a decreased work schedule will not affect their normal pay.
While the campus is functioning under virtual continuity circumstances, we are asking employees to track their time. For any time that employees work less than their regular schedule due to COVID obligations, please ensure that their time is coded as COVID time. For example, if they work 4 hours code those 4 hours as normal working time. They should code the remaining 3.5 hours as COVID wages (Emergency 3240).
