Eva Gil has worked in theater in Chicago, New York and regionally for over a decade. Gil is a Certified Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Technique through Great Lakes Michael Chekhov Consortium, where she is also an Associate Teacher. She has taught at Miami University, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Dobama Theatre, Hathaway Brown, City College of New York and Wright State University. She has directed for Amios, Mastodon Theatre, NY Shakespeare Exchange, Partly Cloudy People and Athena Theatre. Favorite roles include: Brooke in Other Desert Cities, Edward/Victoria in Cloud 9, Varya in The Cherry Orchard, Horatio in Hamlet and Hermia in Dead Man’s Cell Phone. Proud alumna of Actors Theatre of Louisville's Professional Training Company and Case Western/Cleveland Play House's MFA Acting Program.
