Do you need to reserve a seat in a visual arts studio or lab?

Visual Arts students will be able to reserve individual seats in a lab or studio using the Bookkit reservation system for coursework, studio development and access to equipment and facilities.
Reservations can be made in 15 minute increments and cannot exceed 3.75 hours per booking. Students can make multitple bookings.

This is our BETA version offering reservations in the Visual Arts Program. At this time we are opening up studio & lab reservations two weeks out.

Reservation Account Setup

  1. Students will be invited to setup an account the first week of class from Clustermarket for the Bookkit lab reservation software.
  2. Check your email for this message from (Clustermarket & Bookkit) then click on the link to access the reservation system - Visual Arts Studios & Labs.
  3. You will then be added to the system and able to reserve seats throughout the semester.

Please contact Brad McCombs, Visual Arts Program Head if you run into any issues.
