At NKU, the quickly evolving field of Media Informatics looks to marry a robust user experience to the story being told. Students in the Media Informatics program focus on creating media for the web and on mobile devices, in virtual space and 3D animation, and through video game design.
Completion of a Media Informatics degree provides a solid user experience foundation while allowing for media to be created for many delivery methods. Our students explore 3D animation, push the boundaries of immersive and augmented media, and even create video games.
