Project Grants & Apprenticeship Funds

Project Grant Fund: Informatics+ Project Grants fund high-impact student-involved R&D and creative projects that connect students and faculty to the region and the world and leverage the power of informatics in a variety of settings.  Proposals are invited from faculty across campus (regardless of college) and prioritize projects that engage both the community and units/colleges outside of the COI. Click below for more information.

Apprenticeship Fund: The Informatics+ Apprenticeship fund provides novice students paid experience in their field under the supervision of faculty. This helps prepare them for internships, co-ops and future employment opportunities. Currently, faculty can request apprentice student positions as part of our project grant program outlined above.
