Joseph Smith was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently enrolled at Northern Kentucky University Majoring in Marketing with a double minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Joseph being highly involved on campus has been the current Vice President of the Rho Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. since the spring of 2015. In addition to his involvement, Joseph is the current Sectary of Phi Beta Lambda and serves as a Student Ambassador for the Haile US/Bank College of Business.
Due to these various leadership positions, Joseph truly understands the meaning of what team work looks like. Within U-REKA, Joseph has established three core values: Respect, Loyalty, and Moral character. Joseph states that having these values keeps his team in line with the mission at hand, creating an opportunity for students to excel academically. As a college student Joseph knows firsthand of how limited resources are and he believes he has the solution. While always being open to new opportunities, Joseph is relentless in making a difference.
