BUILDING A MODERN AND EFFECTIVE LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIP

The NKU Labor- Management Conference was started 38 years ago as a peaceful means to bring together members of the labor relations community to discuss current issues and discuss successful cooperation strategies. It is one of the oldest conferences in the country, and has grown into the fourth largest labor-management conference in the nation.

This year will feature keynote speakers Wilma Liebman, former NLRB Chairman, discussing the “Social” Dialogue of Labor Relations in the United States, and Mary Stagaman, Senior Inclusion Advisor for the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, and Priya Dhingra Klocek, President and CEO of Consultant On The Go LLC., discussing Building Cultural Competence in the Workplace.

Each keynote is followed by your choice of four workshops highlighting current topics with leading voices providing thought-provoking exchanges of views on, and approaches to, labor relations. Lunch and snacks included.
