The Office of Outreach & Engagement is your strategic partner for effectively communicating messages to our audiences and telling Haile College of Business stories across multiple channels by:

  • Providing assistance with marketing, communications, creative design, digital, editorial, public relations, media, and promotions
  • Increasing awareness of the Haile College of Business' reputation as a thought leader by promoting research, education, and leadership
  • Ensuring the Haile College of Business' brand is promoted in an authentic, compelling, and consistent manner across all channels

If you are current faculty, staff, or a student organization president within the Haile College of Business, you are welcomed to submit a request and a representative from our office will be in touch with you shortly. Before submitting a request, carefully review the recommended project timelines to ensure enough lead time.

  • Projects accepted are contingent upon time and resources available.
  • All materials and communications for external audiences must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Manager and Dean. In some cases, approval by the University's MarComm Office will be required as well.
  • Final decisions regarding style, text phrasing, design, illustrations and placement are at the discretion of Marketing Manager to ensure the materials developed maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Projects submitted without the requested lead times are not guaranteed completion of work any earlier than the timeframe noted. We understand that not all requests can be anticipated within the recommended timeline; in those cases, please contact the Marketing Manager to discuss priority given to other work already in the pipeline.

Request Forms

Use this form to request any marketing and communication needs (i.e. press release, e-blast/newsletter, advertisment print/digital, printed materials, social media posts, etc.) for the Haile College of Business.

Use this form to submit any minor website edits/changes to Haile College of Business webpages. For more complicated changes or for new webpage creation requests, please use the Marketing Project Request form.
