Health, Counseling & Student Wellness will be open for face to face visits on a limited basis by appointment only. Starting 3/26/2020, the clinic will only be open from 10 am until 2 pm on Monday and Thursday each week for appointments only. We ask that if you need to be seen, please call 859-572-5650 to schedule an appointment. Walk-in patients will NOT be accepted.
If you need a medication refill, or you need to talk to a nurse about symptoms, or any other questions that can be done over the phone, please call 859-572-5650 between the hours of 8:15 am and 4 pm.
Counseling Services will be available by phone only. All face to face counseling services have been suspended as of Friday 3/20/2020. This includes intakes, brief screenings, individual sessions, couple sessions and group therapy. Phone consultations are available. In the event of a crisis/urgent matter, a clinician will be available by phone during regular business hours (8:15-4:30pm) at 859-572-5650. Based on advice from health experts and with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as from Governor Beshear, the Campus Recreation Center will be closing beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. and will remain closed until further notice.
