This contract is designed for addressing career/major issues specific to students with 30 - 70 credit hours.

To support my goals for academic success, I agree to complete the following over the course of the next year.  I realize that this plan may be revised at any time, in cooperation with my Support Specialist, to meet my changing needs.  Goal setting is an intricate part of college success.  Based on this fact, you will begin now to develop goals for the next year here at NKU.
