Incubator Services

Most people interested in starting a business struggle to find a place to get away.  They also find great pain in locating the resources they need for typical business activities.  SBS Incubator Services are designed to address these issues.

The NKU Grant County Center can provide office space to assist you with getting out of your home so you can concentrate on your tasks.  We also have the resources you will need to do your work.  As with most organizations, we are not able to provide this free of charge, but we can work with you to meet the demands of your budget.  An SBS Membership can lessen these costs, plus it gives you a consistent monthly or annual budget amount.  The advantage is that you no longer have to worry about the variable costs of your business such as monthly rent, electricity, computer maintenance, internet usage, an the like.

Here is a list of our resources and services:

>Computers - The NKU Grant County Center has 12 desktop computers and nearly 30 laptop computers available for onsite use.  This includes access to high speed internet, Microsoft Office programs, and printing.

>Printer Usage - The computers are set up to print to a black and white laser printer.  Color printing is also available.

>Copies -  Two black and white laser copiers are available to provide a variety of copying options in regard to size and layout.

:>Faxing - Ability to print and fax from a convenient location.

>Meeting and Presentation Room - Plenty of space is available to house meetings and or presentation to clients, partners, or even investors.

>Office and Phone - Typically, we will have a desk and phone available for your use that provides a private and effective workspace.

>Onsite Advising - The Innovation Center staff is available to assist with questions and offer advice on your business decision as well as take you through our Small Business Coaching Model designed to accelerate your businesses development. 

Following is a sample price list.  These costs are negotiable and additional savings can be gained from an SBS Membership.

In some cases, a small equity share in the business or agreement to donate a small percentage of future profits may be an option rather than or in combination with fees either discounted or as listed above.  Contact us to discuss!
