Purchase: Textbooks (online source) (Note—if it takes a bit of time for the books to arrive another edition will due in the interim.)
Download: appropriate plugins/software (see syllabus)
Explore: Online Resource List (Links)
Post  class blog: Introduce yourself to the class; update your profile; change your password;
Choose: Research theme/topic
Print out and highlight: days corresponding to the letter assigned to your name on the Writing/Blog Schedule
