Graduate Student Research Grant (GSRG)
This grant competition encourages and supports graduate-level students to undertake research and creative projects that will contribute new insights in the student's chosen field. Please note that students must complete project before they graduate. It is very rare that a student would be able to apply for an award and be able to finish it in the same semester that they will graduate. This grant is administered through the Office of Research, Grants and Contracts.

Important Dates:
- Deadline for Submission for Fall Semester: October 26, 2011
Notification of Award: November 28, 2011
Final Report Due: One month after project completion and no later than December 31, 2012
- Deadline for Submission for Spring Semester: March 19, 2012
Notification of Award: April 23, 2012
Final Report Due: One month after project completion and no later than May 31, 2013
