Offers no additional payments for expenses

Housing stipend equal to BAH for E-5 with dependents. Books and fees up to a $1000 a year

In order to be eligible you need to be a member of the armed forces on active duty on or after July 1, 1985

Anybody who has served 90 days or more since 9/11 may qualify 

10 years delimiting date

15 years delimiting date

requires a $1200 enrollment fee

No enrollment fee required

Great for expensive graduate programs and online classes/programs
