Julie Kunselman
Dr. Julie Kunselman, associate professor and chair of the Political Science and Criminal Justice Department, came to NKU in 2007. The courses she teaches include Public Policy, Research Methods, Data Analysis and Introduction to Public Administration.
Dr. Kunselman has published in areas of administration and management, crime policy, student engagement and pedagogy. Her most recent publications include two textbooks: "Research Methods in Criminal Justice" and "Statistical Analysis in Criminal Justice and Criminology: A User's Guide."
Her future research interests include a focus on student engagement, assessment and retention of students and leadership. Students interested in conducting applied research or directed reading initiatives on these topics should contact Dr. Kunselman directly at kunselmanj1@nku.edu.
