On a special note, Barry Andersen spent most of two years working tirelessly to insure that the scans for this book were as perfect as possible with his own equipment and ours at Northern Kentucky University. He then worked with the wonderful printers at NKU to pull prints that should be nearly impossible given the presses at NKU for this book.
