Entering the Realm of NKU's TutorTrac: Student Instructions
Enter your login user name and password and click the Login button. [Your
user name is your NKU email name. (Ex: Beth Irwin is irwinb. Do Not
include @nku.edu) Your password will be the same as your NKU email password. On the Student Main Menu page, you will see your name and all upcoming appointments you have scheduled, as well as other messages, including reminders of tomorrow’s appointments, if any. You may cancel an appointment by clicking on its Date, then clicking Delete. Near the top of the Main Menu page are the buttons: Go to… | Exit. Click on Go to… Make Appointment if you wish to book an appointment. At the Availability Search screen, you may search for an appointment during the upcoming week in one of two ways: You may select a specific center and a specialty area (course), OR you may select specific Tutor. NOTE: Not every tutor can help with every course. It is best that you only specify a tutor if you have already worked with him or her. Verify that the date range is okay (you can change the dates if it is not); click the Search button. You will need to scroll down to see all the Search Results. Click on the Available time that you want.
Select a time, type in location [FH 201 for Math], verify duration (.5 hour
default, 1 hour maximum), identify “Request Help In” (course number, topic );
Click on Save Appointment. Your new appointment will appear on your Main
Menu page.
You can cancel an appointment by clicking on its Date, then clicking Delete. Click Exit to quit. To find out more:
