Professional Interest:
I am interested in applications of mathematics to other disciplines. In the last few years I've worked on one project with a physics professor providing mathematical and computer support for her research, and a second with a biology professor involving the processing of images. I would be interested in working on other applications involving the interaction of mathematics and computers. I am particularly interested in projects which could involve students or are related to environmental issues.
