Professional Interest: 
My research interests include conceptual learning in algebra, statistics education, the use of multiple representations in problem solving, the use of applications in mathematics instruction, and teacher education. As a teacher, I work with both pre-service and in-service teachers, as well as general mathematics and statistics students. I have published in a variety of journals, including School Science and Mathematics, PRIMUS, ON-Math, the Mathematics Teacher, the NCTM Yearbook series, and Educational Studies in Mathematics, and have extensive grant administration and evaluation experience.
