- CSC 260, 260L Computer Programming I and Lab
- MAT 320 Multivariable Calculus
Electives: One of the following sets of courses
- Three 400 - level mathematics courses
(Suggested for students planning graduate work in mathematics) - MAT 360, MAT 380, MAT 385
(Suggested for students with a minor or a second major in computer science) - Three of MAT 325, MAT 330, MAT 360, MAT 430
(Suggested for students interested in engineering or physical science) - Three of STA 314, STA 315, MAT/STA 340, STA 341
(Suggested for students interested in probability and statistics) - MAT 300, MAT/STA 340, and either MAT 310 or MAT 410
