This summer we are working on 4 exciting projects!

  1. Investigating new ways to deliver drugs across the blood brain barrier using nanotechnology

  2. Localization of a novel ion transporter in the brain and kidney of mice (with Dr. Patrick Schultheis)

  3. Elucidating the mechanisms by which atypical antipsychotic drugs affect the brain (with Dr. Mark Bardgett)

  4. Evaluating the neuroprotective mechanisms of 7-nitroindazole on an animal model of Parkinson's disease.
