About Images of Covington
On Wednesday, May 30, 2001, Investigators Long and Wheeler pursued images of
Covington, with a special assignment of identifying potential brownfield
locations. Surreptitiously photographing the scene with their Nikon 880 digital
camera and taking ground measurements with their Dick's Sporting Goods GPSII
Plus (Bass fisherman model), they obtained approximately 40 photos of gas
stations, dry cleaners, known brownfields, schools, green spaces, pumping
stations, favorite diners, and the like.
