Anna's Guacamole

Nephew Thomas asked for the recipe, so Anna mulled over what it might look like....

Ingredients:

• Four medium (non-Hass) avocados, or six Hass
• 1/2 small onion, diced
• small tomato, diced
• 2T mayo
• 2T lemon juice (to taste)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)

What to do:

• Mash up those avocados to your desired consistency.
• Add in everything else, while mixing.
• Eat with chips, of course!
