Anna's Chili

• One big green pepper, chopped. [That's a great start! I'm liking this recipe already!]
• One big onion, chopped. [It just gets better!]
• 2 packages mild McCormick chili seasoning. [Boring...]
• 3 cans 15.5 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed.
• 64 oz can V8 juice
• 2 cans 15.5 oz diced tomatoes
• 2 lbs ground beef.
• 2 11g boullion cubes, beef or chicken
• Salt to taste.
• [Andy suggests you might want a little chili powder...just sayin'.]

Here are your official steps:

• Brown beef and drain, and add onion and pepper during the process to soften for a few minutes.
• Dump in the V8 and tomatoes, beans, and other wet stuff.
• Drop in the cubes (they'll dissolve soon).
• Stir in seasoning packets well.
• Bring to a boil and stir occasionally so that it doesn't burn on the bottom. 20 minutes.
• Salt to taste.
