Terrie Neufarth's Wonderful Salsa
- 8 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tsp. Zataran Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Chop finely and serve!
