Mathemalchemy Project

Your project will be directly related to Mathemalchemy, as well as to your major (if you have one; otherwise choose an area of major interest).

Imagine that you have been retained as a consultant by the creators of Mathemalchemy, to improve the exhibit based on your experience with [your major super-power here].

You are to use ideas and information from your major and background to propose changes to Mathemalchemy: something or things that would enhance the exhibit, using your expertise.

Propose an enhancement
Propose a new focus
Create an animation
Create a song (think of "My Hero Zero")
Create a dance (think of "Binary finger dancing")
Suggest a money-making scheme
Create an ad campaign
etc. etc. (what you do depends on your skill set).

The final product of your project is

your two-page type-written (not hand-written) proposal, and any peripheral elements (e.g. a sample that you've constructed, etc.).
A short (2-3 minute) "elevator speech" to the class with your proposal.
