Mailing Lists

Thanks to Martin Maechler there are number of mailing lists which are used by R users and developers:

r-announce@stat.math.ethz.ch: announcements of new R releases or applications
r-help@stat.math.ethz.ch: general inquiries and discussion about R
r-devel@stat.math.ethz.ch: a "hackers" list for discussions of R internals and testing.
