		Bernie Dodge,  Five Rules for Writing a Great Webquest
		In this article Professor Dodge focuses on the important components
		in developing a webquest. He discusses the manner in which proper webquest
		development can contribute to challenge learners to think. Dodge refers
		to scaffolding: what does he mean by scaffolding? What are the three
		types of scaffolding that can be generated in web-based learning?
 
		Mark Francek, The WEB as Instructional Tool: Advantages and Disadvantages
		The author discusses some of the pros and cons of using the web
		in the instructional process. What are some of the advantages of 
		using the web in teaching?
