The Office of the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel represents Northern Kentucky University
in litigation matters, administrative proceedings and significant
commercial transactions in a manner that supports the mission of the
University. The office strives to provide timely and accurate legal advice and information to University administrators, faculty, and staff while minimizing legal risks and costs to NKU.
The Office of the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel may not privately represent students, faculty, or staff. However, the office may provide representation for individuals named as defendants in litigation for certain actions in the course and scope of their employment and they consent to such representations.
