Free Dreambox tools

At the KCTM Conference, there were two sessions on Dreambox.com
They have added some FREE teacher tools that are available to teachers whether or not you have an account. To access them, go to: http://www.dreambox.com; select the teacher button, then the free teacher tools button. They are going to be adding more tools soon. They are also working on adding more grades (3-5).
There are also sample lessons if you purchase an account as a teacher -- you might be able to do this if you pay for one student ($30). It will then let you do sample lessons with any student.
Dreambox has all the great tools that Math Recovery uses -- bead racks, ten frames, etc.
They also have open number lines, etc.
It is a great program if you can afford it for your students in full-swing. If not, take advantage of the free tools.
