MISCELLANEOUS TIPS
If you are still not sure about how to reduce the levels
of stress you feel during the day, here are some basic tips and guidelines
you can follow to help manage stress.

Take a break during your workday, and get outside for some fresh air and
a change of scenery.

Learn to delegate chores and responsibilities, both at home and work

Know your body's natural rhythms and work with them--if your energy level
is higher in the morning, tackle your most challenging tasks during those
hours.

Talk it out--confinde in good friends.

Make a stress ball! Use a balloon and fill it up with either rice
or sand and tie the balloon and you have made your own peronsal stress
ball.

Repeat a positive prayer or affirmation.

Learn how to laugh, especially at yourself.

Use good posture.

Avoid excessive caffeine.
