I would say that it is wrong to do drugs from the beginning, although to do drug testing at work I think it is wrong.  The  person has a drug problem, which is very hard to get over.  Not being able to get a job because of your drug habit is like being punished twice.  If the drug problem is affecting the person's work, then I think they should be fired.  But if not, then I feel they should continue to work.  Alcohol is a drug, but people do not get fired for drinking.  Why should they not get hired if they are a drug user?  Maybe a job would be the thing in helping them get over their addiction.

I don't agree with drug testing in the workplace because what people do in their leisure time is their business, and if it doesn't effect the way they work, why should we care?

I think there should be drug testing at a workplace because people should know what they are doing when they come to work and not be drugged up.  Their actions might hurt the company.  I also think there shouldn't be because what people do in their free time is up to them.  We shouldn't say what people can or cannot do.
