Kelli Sittason is a graduate of NKU with both her bachelor's and master degrees in education. She taught 12 years in public elementary school before returning to NKU first as a lecturer in literature and language and now in the Honors Program. She is one of the initial faculty for the Honors International Teaching Fellows and currently sits on the HITF Steering Committee. She has published papers and articles and made presentations at national conferences about HITF and Honors learning in general.
Kelli teaches Honors seminars with such varying topics as Chocolate, Feral Children, the California Gold Rush, and culture studies. Learning and reading are her favorite pastimes but she also knits, crochets, sews, cooks ethnic foods, and bakes. She lives with her family here in northern Kentucky.
