Transplants

I transplanted the seedlings yesterday (8 each of the tomatoes, 4 each of the peppers) into peat pots. I'm up here now just giving them a little water and checking them for any problems.

It's great to hear that Jim will be stopping by for a gardening visit. Since he'll be here in about 10 days or so, I may wait until then to really get into prepping the garden here, and focus more on the home garden. Even then we'll still be nearly a month ahead of where we were last year (we didn't get the boxes planted until mid/late May). That'll also give me a chance to focus on, you know, actual work stuff while I'm at work. By the time Jim's in town the busiest part of the semester will be over, so it all works out.
