Cohorts within the Honors Program

The NKU Honors Program offers several programs of study for cohorts within the Honors minor.  These extended learning communities are designed to connect students who have international interests with a particular college. Students have the opportunity to earn credit towards the Honors minor while also engaging in study in their major field of interest and participating in international travel.

Advantages of being in a cohort include forming relationships with students and faculty that enhance academic course requirements in both programs while focusing on professional preparation and development with a global perspective.  Opportunities for scholarships, internships and community service are all a part of the Honors cohorts.

Interested students should meet the following criteria for acceptance:

• Acceptance into the Honors Program
• Interest in global perspectives
• Desire to travel internationally
