Smart Room Altinex Scaler reset (if projected image from VCR is shaking side-to-side): Using the gray Altinex remote, first press "Tint", then press "Language". This is sequential, not simultaneous. Also, if you press one after the other either too slow, or too fast, it won't work. If the Altinex scaler is not present, or not accessible, the system may have a fix programmed into the Crestron panel. Go to the VCR control screen, press the "mute" button, then press the lower right hand corner of the Crestron screen twice. If you do this too fast, or two slow, you may see some kind of prompt come up in the upper right hand of the projected image. When you do it at the correct speed (I'm guess-timating 1/2 second intervals), the screen will stop shaking from side to side.
